Why Some Solo Ads Do Not Make It Past The Spam Filter

Though solo ads are a pain to see in our inboxes, they add a substantial amount of customers to the vendors who are looking to increase their customer base, and these ads are a cheap and effective way of ensuring that word about them is spread far and wide.

But what’s surprising is that a good amount of these ads are also found in our spam folder, which most of us do not even have the time to clear. Now, this leads to the obvious statement, if all ads are in the spam folder, it would make sense. But why do we find some of them in our inboxes whilst so many more of them are lying unread and unclicked in the spam folder?

Some of the vendors have settings that make their ads smarter solo ads, in the sense that, these ads successfully make it past the spam filter and settle snugly in our inboxes (which is also a pain, but at least someone’s hard work into drafting that mail is not going into waste). This article aims to elucidate about some of the things the entrepreneurs and vendors had better keep an eye out for if they want their mail to grab our attention by popping up in our inboxes (albeit a million times).

1 – Steering Clear From Blacklisted Domain Names

This is first and foremost step in making sure that your email does not drop in the spam folder of the intended recipient. Spam filters catch your mail if they are sent from a blacklisted domain, thus effectively bursting your business dreams with the potential customer.

2 – Avoiding Spam Triggers

The spam filters follow rules when it comes to identifying certain mails as spam, thus, it is important that you do not activate these triggers, thus ensuring for a fact that your mails reaches where it needs to be.

3 – Checking Your Ads on Online Filters

Running your ads through a number of filters that are available online are as good an option as compared to any other to see if your mails passes the spam filter or not. However, there is the risk of them being obsolete, and giving you false results, but they are accurate to a good extent, and will be worth your time if you want to make sure that your mails are read by the customer and no directly deleted permanently.
